Preorder, Shipping & Returns

This policy is intended for Fort Skippy founding drops and should be reviewed before checkout opens.

Preorder Status

Fort Skippy founding bundles are limited-run preorder products. For Drop 1, production is planned to begin when 75 of 100 bundles are reserved.

Estimated Timing

The current storefront estimate is that bundles ship approximately 8 to 10 weeks after production begins. If the expected shipment timing materially changes, Fort Skippy will notify affected buyers and provide the options required by applicable law.

Cancellations

Before production starts, cancellation requests may be sent to alexander@theogskippy.com. After production starts, cancellation options may be limited because the bundle is limited-run and size-specific.

Size Changes

Size changes should be requested as early as possible. Fort Skippy will try to accommodate size changes before production starts, but availability is not guaranteed.

Shipping

Founding bundles are expected to ship within the United States. Shipping details, tracking, and delivery estimates will be provided when orders are fulfilled.

Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Fort Skippy within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos. Fort Skippy will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other resolution.

Returns

Because founding bundles are limited-run and size-specific, general returns may be limited. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
